During the CORONA VIRUS pandemic THE BANK PNC withheld my fund fraudulently without any reason and authority. BOTH my saving and checking account was withheld as I could not withdraw money from both my checking account or saving account.
By MARCH 10, 2020 I had $117,943.00 balance (cash fund) in my PNC checking account number ending in 8319. By MARCH 10, 2020 I had 87,000.93 balances (savings) in my PNC SAVINGS ACCOUNT ending in 7446. I only bank with PNC. I do trading with these funds based on needs and profit margins and the accounts are revolving from time to time. The Garnishment amount was for $3,632.47 ON MARCH 10, 2020 PNC put a hold in both my checking account and savings account (over $200k) for a garnishment amount of $3,632.47 ON MARCH 2020 all banks was closed or working remotely as the COVID-19 PANDEMIC was in effect. I and my family had no other means of living or sustenance and my CHECKING AND SAVINGS ACCOUNTS ARE FROZEN/ON HOLD and as of march 10, 2020 no one knows when the COVID-19 PENDEMIC will be over if ever. AT NO TIME FROM MARCH 10TH 2020 to JANUARY 15TH 2021 did PNC COMMUNICATE to me or respond to any of my inquiries. PNC lifted the hold in both my checking and savings accounts on JANUARY 15 2021 after the garnishment amount of $4,632.47 has been removed from my account including interests and surcharges NOTE: AS OF MARCH 10TH 2020 THERE WAS A SUSPENSION of all collection activates by the US GOVERNMENT. (An executive order by the president of USA) NOTE ALSO: The courts in MARYLAND WERE closed on March 10th 2020 due to the COVID-19 PANDEMIC. I believe PNC took advantage of me and THE COVID-19 PENDEMIC to fraudulently enrich themselves. PNC exploited the garnishment to freeze my account knowing very well that it was illegal as of that time and that collection activities were on hold. PNC do not need to freeze my both account as a single account has more than the garnishment amount in question if any.
