A fool thrives on attention; depriving them of it is the ultimate rebuttal

Arguing with someone ignorant or unreasonable, especially in politics, often proves fruitless for several key reasons

12/14/24, 9:53 PM – +1 (443) 857-5335: #Donald Trump, Who Promised to Lower Grocery Prices During Campaign, Now Says It Will Be a “Very Hard” Task

#DonaldTrump, centered his 2024 campaign on tackling rising #grocery prices, now acknowledging that delivering on that promise may be more difficult than he initially claimed. In an interview with Time magazine following his designation as “Person of the Year,” Trump described slashing food costs as a “very hard” task, citing challenges inherited from the Biden-Harris administration.

When asked if failing to reduce prices would mark his presidency as a failure, Trump pushed back. “I don’t think so,” he said. “Look, they got them up. I’d like to bring them down. It’s hard to bring things down once they’re up. You know, it’s very hard.”

Despite the acknowledgment, #Trump expressed confidence that lower prices could be achieved by increasing energy production and addressing supply chain issues, calling the current supply chain “still broken.”

During his campaign, Trump frequently blamed the Biden administration for inflation and skyrocketing grocery costs, a message that resonated with voters. Exit polls showed economic frustration as a major factor in his victory, with Trump himself crediting his win to concerns over “the groceries.”

“When you buy apples, when you buy bacon, when you buy eggs, they would double and triple the price over a short period of time,” Trump said in a recent Meet the Press interview. “I won an election based on that. We’re going to bring those prices way down.”

So you better know what you should be doing. Go back to your country all the way to your village, and start farming *because you would need in the near future.* I’ve said mine own.

Avoid focusing on things that don’t matter neither would they materialize.

*A word for a wise is sufficient* if that’s how the adage goes😋

Officer Jones please don’t waste your energy responding to Ignorant and attention seeking individuals who wanted to be seen rather than having anything reasonable to offer. I have listed six (6) good reason why it is unwise to argue with someone seeking unnecessary attention:

  1. The Wisdom Paradox: There’s an old saying, “Never argue with a fool; onlookers may not be able to tell the difference.” Engaging in debates with individuals who lack understanding or a genuine desire for discourse can make you appear equally irrational, regardless of your intentions.
  2. Emotional Over Logic: Political arguments often evoke strong emotions. When someone argues from a place of ignorance or bias, they prioritize winning or being loud over listening or learning. Trying to counter them logically is like trying to teach calculus to someone who refuses to learn basic math.
  3. Confirmation Bias: A fool often clings to their beliefs regardless of evidence. No amount of facts, data, or reasoning will shift their perspective because they seek to confirm their biases rather than challenge them.
  4. Energy Drain: Time and energy are finite. Engaging with someone incapable of intellectual or respectful debate wastes resources you could use to have meaningful conversations with those open to learning or compromise.
  5. The Audience Matters: If others are observing, your goal should not be to convince the fool but to demonstrate your reasoning to the audience. Even then, focus on presenting your argument calmly and succinctly, rather than being pulled into the fool’s antics.
  6. Their Goal Isn’t Dialogue: Many ignorant or foolish critics argue not to understand or persuade but to provoke, distract, or gain attention. Responding elevates their platform and allows them to derail meaningful discourse.
