How to Deal with an ASSHOLE in the place of Work!!!!!!!!!!!
The Problem with 9-5 Jobs is that you have to Deal with Assholes all the time.
I do not know about you but I have had my share of working with Asshole. First of all do you understand what I mean by Asshole? I do not have a clear definition of an Asshole but you will know it when you see one. They usually come to the place that they are not invited. They have opinion on everything. I can go on and on but the point am making is that you will know them when you see them. They come in different colors and shape. They are usually miserable people who have no life but wanted to use you to create their own life.
Over the years I have developed a simple strategy on dealing with Assholes. I used to ignore them in the past but the problem with that is the more you ignore them the more they keep coming to your face so I developed a simple strategy on dealing with these Assholes.
