My name is Samuel Olekanma and I Have been asking myself why am I changing Churches every time and What is it in Redeemers church of Christ that you did not find in the other Churches? I was born on The Eternal Sacred Order of the Cherubim & Seraphim Church.
According to my Mother, She was having issue conceiving (Being Pregnant) for 9 years until she attended Eternal Sacred Order of the Cherubim & Seraphim Church. In my own case I was looking for a Church that I can serve the LORD freely without encumbrances and politics found in many African Churches.
I Found it in Redeemers church of Christ, redeemers Chapel The Ark of LOve. The Last Church I attended I was almost attacked during prayer by one of the congregant. You see I normally close my eyes whenever am praying so in this case while praying and while my eyes are closed I was attacked by a female congregant whom is a Friend of the pastor of the church. Another reason I left my other Church before worshiping at Redeemers church of Christ, redeemers Chapel The Ark of LOve is the politics rampant in the Church. The General Oversea of the church who is in Nigeria appointed a Pastor for the Maryland Branch. He then appointed his wife brother who is in MARYLAND to assist the pastor. The Wife’s brother took advantage of the situation and will be dictating to the appointed pastor what to do and what not to do. It was common that if you do not like the oversea wife and family then you will not grow in the church for anything. Everything started happening on the basis of an in site relationship you either have with the wife of the General Oversea who comes to Maryland often or his Brother who is like a spy on the Main pastor. The Last Church Prior to this was similar. This Church that goes by the name of Jesus something is also full of inside politics. I can go on and on. In Redeemers church of Christ, redeemers Chapel The Ark of Love I have not noticed any and trust me am observing. Among other things why Redeemers church of Christ, redeemers Chapel The Ark of Love is ideal for me is their impeccable record. No Church in this area
has achieved this helmark within three years as of the time am writing this message. Check the below records and Judge for yourself. Prophecy was delivered by Dr. Rodney Howard Browne to the Senior Pastor, First Lady and their daughter Faith Sarpong on October 18th, 2016 @ RMI Ministers’ Conference in Tampa, Florida.
First meeting was held in Senior Pastor’s house @ 4634 Morning Glory Trail on 23RD of October attendance was 167.
First service was held at Camelot on OCTOBER 30TH, 2016 with 1,125 people in attendance.
First Midweek Service on NOVEMBER 3rd, 2016 with 334 people in attendance.
Due to lack of space, second service was initiated the SUNDAY NOVEMBER 6TH, 2016

NEW CHURCH AUDITORIUM @ 10001 AEROSPACE RD.
THE LEASE FOR THE CHURCH AUDITORIUM WAS SIGNED IN FEBRUARY 2017 whiles service were held @ Best Western Hotel in Lanham.
OFFICE OPERATIONS STARTED IMMEDIATELY
THE AUDITORIUM WAS RECONSTRUCTED WITHIN 12 Weeks WITH ALL APPROVALS SECURED…. THIS CAN ONLY BE GOD.
THE FIRST MIDWEEK SERVICE WAS HELD ON THE 4TH OF MAY 2017 – 466
FIRST SUNDAY SERVICE HELD IN OUR NEW AUDITORIUM was on MAY 7th, 2017

MEMBERSHIP CLASS ATTENDANCE for 2019 – 357
RCC BIBLE SCHOOL – 2017 till date recorded over 168 in attendance
First Time Guests – From 2017 till date, we recorded a total of over 3,304 first time worships
New Converts in church and outreach, recorded 2,577 souls won to Jesus Christ

The church is blessed with 8 word filled and prayer full pastors.
The church has 20 fire brands, dedicated and committed ministers assisting the pastors.
In addition, the church is blessed with fifty-three (53) Deacons & Deaconesses
Men’s Fellowship was inaugurated in August 2019
TRANSPORT
The church was blessed with two 2016 15-seater van for church transportation.
MEGA HEALTH FAIR
Our Third Mega Health Fair held on the August 24th, was another huge success to God be all the glory. Apart from our members, we had over 2,500 guests. We also had state senator’s, Congress men, ambassadors and PG County Officials in attendance.
The church and the senior pastor received a citation award for the selfless services rendered to the community with our one year of operation. We gave out over 600 school bags.
Prince George’s County
Our Senior Pastor Dr. Kobby Sarpong has been elected as an ambassador for the PG County African Diaspora Advisory Board.
Building Project
By the grace of God, Redeemers Church of Christ has undertaken a $2.5M ultra-modern state of the art 1,000-seater auditorium downstairs all to the glory of God!
